(b)    What is meant by the following terms: ordinary share capital, market capitalisation (including the formula), dividends

(c)     What is the role of shareholders in an organisation

(d)    What factors can influence the share price of a company?

(e)    What is the significance of a change in share price for a firm? i.e./ what impact will changes in the share price have on the business

2. Investigate share price changes for a business of your choice, this should include a graph to visually represent changes in the share price and news stories about why the share price changed

3. Download the BBC news app to your phone and get alerts for the Business section

4. Gather interesting business news stories over the summer to share with the class
