Year 11 Rounders final match

Congratulations to the Y11 rounders team who played their last ever fixture for TGGS last Thursday against Newton Abbot College. In the first innings it was close, with TGGS just ahead by 9 and a half to 7. It was all to play for in the second innings. Despite NAC's strong bowling and precise batting TGGS scored 15 rounders to NAC's 6. This meant that TGGS was victorious with a final total of 24 and half rounders to NAC's 13 rounders. A special mention goes to Faye Kinsella who was awarded player of the match. Well done to all who played. It has been an absolute pleasure to coach you over the past 5 years. - Mrs Greaves
