Year 7 Navy Teambuilding Day!

Year 7 have been participating in workshops from the Royal Navy on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week. The focus is on teambuilding, communication and perseverance. Students have been pushing themselves out of their comfort zones and finding that they can achieve wonderful things if they push fear and preconceptions aside. Activities have included making wheelbarrows from a range of equipment, completing a blindfolded 'minefield walk' and working in a team to place tyres so they can cross a 'river' safely.
