Star Chef Work Experience for Y10 Students

Year 10 Food and Nutrition students Grace, Issy, Madeleine, Nyah, Phoebe and Polly had an exceptional Work Experience last week, working at the latest offering from one of the UK's most celebrated and acclaimed chefs, Michael Caines. Mickey's Beach Bar opened on Monday (17th May) and the TGGS team were on hand all week to support the new restaurant with everthing from setting up tables to washing up after a busy service. An eye opening opportunity to witness first-hand what goes on behind the scenes in a successful dining establishment and get a real taste of working in high-end hospitality.
