Torquay Girls’ Grammar school has been around for a very long time, over 100 years in fact. More than twenty thousand girls have passed through its gates, and over this time, a peculiar collection of rituals, customs and events have developed. Alongside these, stories have grown up around the staff and students who have filled its busy classrooms and corridors, and this all contributes to what we call our ‘House Culture.’
