Please complete the following forms before your first day – Wednesday, 4^th September 2024. 

1. Complete the Sixth Form enrolment * Not required if you are an International student joining us from Educatius or Interstudies 

2. Complete the Post-16 Learning Agreement

3. Complete the TGGS Sixth Form Attendance Policy 

4. Read the ICT Policies Agreements (Mobile Communications Policy, Student Acceptable Use Policy & Excessive Printing and complete the ICT Agreement 

5. Complete the ID Badge Image Permission 

6. Order and pay for a Sixth Form Hoodie (optional)  Order Form & Colour Choices

7. Pay and consent for the River Dart Induction Day trip - Trip Letter & CRS Adventures Consent Form

8. Complete the Summer Transition Work for the A level subjects that you have been enrolled for 

9. Buy lined paper, folders and writing equipment

10. Carefully read the Joining Year 12 sections of the Sixth Form web-page – including Attendance and Fitness to Study Policy.

11. Complete the Pupil Registration form (only for students joining us from other schools), the link for which will be sent to you by Sixth Form Admin.
