Business is available to girls as an option at GCSE, AS and A2 level. Economics is taught in the Sixth Form.

We provide opportunities that enhance our students’ experience of Business at GCSE and A level; these include opportunities to run and attend lunchtime clubs as well as the chance to enter 'Dragon's Den' house competitions. We have also also previously arranged trips to see business in action and have invited in local entrepreneurs to speak to the students about setting up and running a successful business in South Devon.

Business lessons will include a range of real life case studies, lots of discussions and opportunities to see theory in action. The GCSE covers a broad range of business topics, bringing the subject to life and offering an excellent introduction for students interested in Business. Students will learn how to set up and run a successful business and analyse the skills required to do so.
