drama & theatre studies

Curricular Intent:
To equip students with the skills, knowledge and desire to engage with the art form of live performance, through each Key Stage. Developing confident communicators with a strong sense of self.

Drama at TGGS is challenging, fun and extremely rewarding. Students work on a broad range of theatrical disciplines and develop performance skills to a very high level. Drama lessons are practical and students throw themselves into tasks with relish. The Drama department strives to encourage students to be creative, bold and totally professional in their approach to the subject.
